Your Home Sells or We Pay!!
Here’s how…
1. Spinnaker Group has assembled a team of the top performing real estate agents in RI and CT for each region of the state. You agree to list your current home with one of our top agents.
2. Your listing agent will perform a “Comparative Market Analysis” (CMA) of the property to determine the initial listing price your home should be listed for.
3. The Seller will provide you with the consultative services of an Interior Designer at Seller’s expense. The Designer will recommend makeover and staging ideas to help your home look its best to get it sold. You agree to accept the recommendations of the Designer and spend up to $1,000 on staging the interior and exterior of the premises.
4. Prior to putting your home on the market, you will schedule a home inspection to ensure there are no major defects.
5. When you sign a Purchase & Sales Agreement on your new house/condo, your home will be listed. Construction of your new home will begin immediately. Every 60 days your listing agent will do another CMA to make sure that your home is priced appropriately.
6. If your new home is ready before the sale of your existing home, you will only have to make 3 more payments on the old house. After that time the Builder/Seller will make the payments for you up to 1 year until your home is sold.
